By accessing or using JigShare (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

JigShare is a platform for creating and sharing puzzles and other user-generated content. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using JigShare on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Security
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Do not share your password or access tokens with others.

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Content and Permissions

“User Content” means any images, text, videos, audio, puzzle data, or other content you upload, capture, or submit to JigShare.

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and monetize (where applicable) your User Content.

4.2 License You Grant to JigShare

By submitting User Content, you grant JigShare a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Service (for example, generating puzzle outputs and rendering shareable pages).

4.3 Public and Shareable Links
  • By default, posts (including images and videos) may be public and accessible via shareable URLs.

  • If you share a public URL, anyone with that link may be able to access the content.

  • If the Service provides privacy settings, you are responsible for choosing the right setting at the time you post.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JigShare to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or promotes unlawful activities.

  • Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitative content involving minors (strictly prohibited).

  • Is pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise obscene where unlawful.

  • Infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.).

  • Contains malware, phishing, or attempts to interfere with the Service.

  • Harasses, threatens, or targets individuals or protected groups.

We may remove content and/or suspend or terminate accounts for violations, and we may report illegal content to relevant authorities where required.

6. Copyright and Takedowns

If you believe content on JigShare infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@jigshare.com with sufficient details to identify the work and the allegedly infringing content. We will review and take appropriate action, which may include removal.

Sounds and Music
  • JigShare may include royalty-free music in platform-provided content.

  • If you upload content containing copyrighted music or sounds, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights.

  • If we are notified or become aware of infringement, we may remove the content.

7. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Service may include third-party services (e.g., analytics, advertising, and embedded content). These third parties may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
